Lake Mary Jane

BEFORE – Kitchen with no island and exterior windows separating it from the newly enclosed sunroom.
AFTER – The exterior window wall is removed to take advantage of the beautiful lakefront views. A custom island with electricity is added for optimum functionality for cooking and entertaining.
BEFORE – sun room with paneling, parquet tile and only one door leading to the beautiful pool area.
AFTER – The sun room is now the dining room with new floors that flow into the rest of the house and french doors leading to the pool area.
BEFORE – The view of the lake is blocked from the kitchen.
AFTER – You’ve got a view of the party and you’ll never miss a sunset!
BEFORE – sunken great room with fixed windows and a dangerous step down from the kitchen.
AFTER – great room with level floors and french doors leading out to the pool. So much better for company to have more than one option to head out to the pool. Also much safer to have the floors level.
BEFORE – master bath
AFTER – Master bath with sit-down vanity and huge walk-in shower. Notice the drawer at the bottom of the cabinets eliminates wasted space under the sink. Really handy!
